wi-fi adapter and windows vista

i looked at this on gamestop.com and it says its compatible with windows xp. can you still use it if you have the new windows vista?

Do you have the adapter yet?

If not just go with a router, it's going to make your life easier.

That's a good question, if it doesn't specifically state that it does...you might not want to take the risk and just get a wireless router

i just read the wikipedia article on it and it is not compatible with windows vista, sucks. :(

Well here is the thing. Sometimes the USB adapter doesn't work if you are on a wireless connection via a laptop (if you're campus is wireless). If you're laptop is going to be plugged in then ok. Otherwise get another, cheapo router
