K so I've searched the net for an hour looking for a straight answer, and I can't seem to get one.

I just got a Mitsubishi 1080p DLP and hooked the Wii up to it by component cables.

Two BIG Problems:

1) Lag- It was pretty bad before I put it on "game mode", "game mode" helped a lot, but didn't fix it.

2) No 1:1- It seemed that my motion controls weren't 1:1 anymore. That the further I pointed left or right, the further off sync my Wii Remote was with the cursor's positioning. This seemed to be a result of a "stretched" picture but I can't be sure.

So my question is...has anybody else noticed this?

The lag sucks even on game mode, and the image does seemed stretched cause its not 1:1 motion tracking anymore. Its really defeating the purpose of my Wii right now. Does anybody play their Wii on a 55" and above TV and experience this?

Also in my searching, I found this as a possible solution, a 1080p upscaler:

http://www.vdigi.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&page=shop.product_details&product_id=21&aff_id=3&textad_id=1&vmcchk=1&Itemid=53&showall=1

but for some reason some other websites say it increases lag? Seems contrary to the products purpose.

If anyone knows a solution to my lag/1:1 issue I would greatly appreciate it. Is this device ^ a cure? I don't care about graphics, I know the Wii wasn't meant for HD graphics- I just want fluid controls back!!
