Wii is in a HUGE drought

the last wii game i picked up was GH:aerosmith. The last GOOD game i bought for the wii was super smash bros brawl over a year ago. I think the wii is one of the worst consoles made by nintendo. I didnt turn it on in months actually. The ps3 and xbox had: resident evil 5, killzone 2, and infamous (almost)coming out. Those 2 are definetely not in a drought. The wii isjust making crap AAA games. Whats the next big Wii game!!!

Pikmin 3 more than likely wait for E3. Also there should be an official complaining thread.. I see these literally everyday.

I kind of disagree. Especially if you think GH:Aerosmith was worthy of a purchase. Plenty of good games have come out in the time that SSBB was released. de Blob, Sam and Max, Wario Land: Shake It, MadWorld, House of the Dead: Overkill, Broken Sword: Director's Cut, Klonoa, and a smattering of WiiWare titles like Bit.Trip Beat and World of Goo.

Excitebots just came out recently, and Punch-Out is due next week. There are also plenty of games to look forward to like Little King's Story and The Conduit (both due out in June).

Not to mention all the games shown in the Wii Gaming thread stickied at the top of the page. Try to expand your horizons a little and try new games with fresh ideas.

ya the wii has a weak lineup and very few good games im wit u the last good game i got was smash as well and its not even that great(they took the skill away from the game with wavedashing)

nintendo has always struggled with having a decent lineup since the n64 days and its been getting wrost this is why im done with nintendo home consoles after the wii and im stinking wit my pc and nintendo handhelds

The Wii is in a drought if you don't buy games

If you refuse to buy games then yeah, not many games will be in your house

Punch-Out, Boom Blox 2, Little King's Story and Klonoa will all be released between May and June. If those don't appeal to you I think you should sell your system.

Without getting into SW debate, RE5, Gears 2, and possiblyStreet Fighter 4 are all rentals opposed to $70 purchases. The other 2 games are great if you like western RPGs about desolute wastelands and Molyneux hyping his games to hell. Your point is basically that the 360 suits your tastes better. That's cool and we can respect that but its still not solid proof the wii is in a drought now of all times too.
