33, gf is 30, kids are 12, 10, and 6. this was bought mainly for a family gaming machine. The PS3 is mine. :D

I'm 10 years old. Get the WIi cuz u can rip ppls heads off with it!!! I'm 14 years old. Get the Wii becuz its uber kool! I'm 17 years old. Get the Wii because it's fun. I'm 21 years old. Get the Wii because it's an awesome party system (especially with alcohol) These are the responses you should expect.

I'm 20 and I just got the Wii. It's well worth $250, and it makes a PERFECT complimentary console to my XBOX 360. You get the best of both worlds that way. Think of it in terms of "Would I rather have a DS or a PSP" it's a LOT like that in the whole Wii vs. PS3 decision.

I really dont know why people think that only 12 years old or youger because it seems to me that the majority are somewhere between 15-30. Seriously I havent heard of or seen taht many kids with Wiis , mostly older gamers

34 and gaming more than i did when i was 18..... and that says a lot... somehow the Wii and the 360 really revived my gaming heart. There are some great games out there and i hope more great ones will be coming.. sadly there is a bit of a game drought now on Wii..

I'm 20 and I got one because I have a lot of friends that come over and its a great party system and the chicks will play it with you. Another amazing thing is that my parents play it too. The Virtual Console games are priceless. I just started playing Super Mario 64 again and realized what a classic and amazing game that it was in its time and even now.

18, soon to be 19. The Wii is good fun, especially multiplayer. And truly anyone can enjoy it. My grandparents, even, have given Wii Sports a go and had fun. If you want party games that you can enjoy with anyone - and Nintendo's big games - then the Wii is the only way to go.

However, it will leave me hungry for traditional games, I can already feel it. So I will definitely be getting a 360 or PS3 in the future. I would not recommend the Wii if you're interested in traditional games - long, sprawling RPGs or online shooters or adventures or realistic racing and fighting games, etc. Most of the big franchises are on 360 and PS3, not Wii.

So yeah, you have to decide which type of games you want to play and go from there.

That's oddly true... when I got the Wii, I had taken a break from console gaming for a while (and gotten into PC gaming). After a few months, I started playing SSBM again...

im 15 years old and have a wii. i love the wii its so fun but when people wach me play they say i look like a weird o. there are a lot of good games for the wii. i have wario ware, exite truck, red steel and zelda.  im going out to buy a router on saterday or sunday so i can dowlod the classic games. if u have a xbox 360 then i would go get a wii.

My age? Lets just say I have been around long before Nintendo was known for gaming. As far as getting a Wii, only you can decide what game system is right for you. Do the research, discover the pros & cons and go from there. I am typing this from my Wii!!
