Hi guys,
I did a little search on the internet and some people seem to confirm what I'm thinking, however others are just saying they have 'total' spin control in Wii Sports Bowling. I'd like to have your opinions on the matter...
The hypothesis I have is that the amount of spin can be controlled by wrist motion, but the direction of the spin cannot. Could some of you guys perhaps try the following and see if it does work at your place...
1) Start a regular right-handed game of bowling with all the pins present.
2) Choose a straight line near the left gutter with the D pad (i.e. parallel to the gutter)
3) Try to spin the ball to the left, inside the gutter
No matter how hard I try, the ball will spin away from the gutter (i.e. to the right). The same thing happens when you line up to the right gutter and try to spin it right; it will then spin to the left. The dividing line seems to be the center line at which spin always seems to go to the left. At least this seems true for situations in which all pins are still standing.
I would really like to know if someone would actually have total control of the spin instead of the things I'm experiencing. So, please post if you have the same 'problem' or not. If not please provide some extra relevant info like skill level or things like that...
