This is so annoying, every time I tried to update my new Wii and this annoying message said "Error Code: 32004 An error has occured. Unable to perform the Wii system update." and this one. "To perform a Wii system update, please configure Internet settings under Wii Settings." How can I prevent this to complete the update?

So you do have illegal modifications on your Wii? No welcoming here then.

[QUOTE="Rod90"]So you do have illegal modifications on your Wii? No welcoming here then.

he didn't say he had the homebrew channel, he just wondered how the system would block something with an update if it couldn't update. Also, it would seem unlikely that he would try to update had he actually had the homebrew, knowing that it blocks it. and to configure your internet settings for the wii, just go into the bottom left corner button and click system settings and then find internet (I think its on page 2), then click for the wii to search for an access point, then just follow the steps and at the end it should ask if you would like to perform a wii system update, in which case you just say yes.
