I am here to discuss somthing that i have been wondering for a while.

yes the wii has some pretty good games out right now, but the fact that i have a little list of the games in my head is scary.

the wii has hardly any games that appeal to your average gamer, and thats most of the gaming populatgion.

the Wii is selling the most right now becuase it is demonstraiting somthing new, but personally its plane boring, and its not until nintendo relizes that the Wii is just too...well...baby-ish, that it will actually start to get some GOOD games...i feel by next year, the sales are gonna drop, do to the fact that the HIT games on the wii right now are either made by nintendo, or are ports.

alot of people i know have sold there wii for 360's and PS3's, and they are happy...including me.

DISCUSS!!

No blood or violence = babyish? I'm sorry to hear you can't expand your gaming experience because of insecurity.

alot of people i know have sold there wii for 360's and PS3's, and they are happy...including me.Mr-Silter

And I know people who have sold their PS3s for Wiis and 360s and are very happy. Point?

Yes the Wii has flaws, but every system does.

All the way to the bank....(someone must now finish)

In real response though yes but all systems and indeed EVERYTHING has there flaws, PS3s are that every game that is worth playing is pretty much on the 360 already (and plays better), 360's weakness is you have to get it exorcised or sell your soul to get it to work right.

Cool, then it's just your kind of system!

You don't know how childish it is to say such things.

I can name over 30 games that I would LOVE to have for the Wii. And some of them are pretty violent. I also have a 360. I play my Wii more. Maybe it's just because I'm sending my 360 in for THE THIRD TIME. Wana know a flawed system? - The Xbox360. The 360's failure rate is around 30% - That's enough for a recall. So don't talk about flawed systems here. And I'm gonna quote you on this

by next year, the sales are gonna drop, do to the fact that the HIT games on the wii right now are either made by nintendo, or are ports.

Mr-Silter

In a year, we'll see. lol

I find it funny how you say babyish. Incase you haven't noticed (like alot of people don't) there are alot of kids who play games and I really don't see how the sales are going to drop with such a large population of gaming coming from kids. Even if the Wii was more kiddy or as you say babyish doesn't mean the games still can't be fun. There are plenty of games that have the general rating that are great.

The Wii is alright. I sold my Wii because I needed the money, but there was no way I was going to sell my 360. I honestly didnt like the Wii that much because I didn't like the controller. It is a great idea but for me I rather not wave a controller around. The Wii has a couple games I love. Of course Mario and my all time favorite Zelda. I would take the 360 over the Wii, but to each their own.

The only thing that is bad in the wii is it´s online gaming.

I mean me and my brother are the ones that causes chaos around mario kart by killing a certain player every second and pushing them out and so on but the one thing that bothers me is that when u see them die half a sec later they are like 10 secs away I mean it´s not fun and I get pissed of!

I hope nintendo improves this by the double soon!

A system that has more ... as you would call, baby-ish games, does not mean that its flawed. Also, are you saying that a game that does not include violence is not a good game? Well I'm sorry but I would have to disagree. Blood and violence doesn't always make a good game.

The wii has hardly any games that appeal to your average gamer? A big portion of the gaming population are kids, who really don't need that much violence in their life.

I think Nintendo does realize that the Wii targets ...umm, if you would like to call it, baby-ish gamers, and thats what they intended to do in the first place, and thats exactly what got the Wii such good sales. Its appealing to all ages. Just because a system has games that are made for people who like less blood all over their TV, doesn't really make it flawed.

your the flaw,

because

1 the wii is selling due to it bringing out over 60 great titles yea some of the games are ports,

so what they are ports of great overlooked games like okami driver parallel lines re 4 etc and with a line up like

medal of honor heroes 2

no more heroes 2

zelda twilight princess

manhunt 2

re 4

reuc

house of the dead2/3 return

ghost squad

red steel

driver 4

scarface

super mario galaxy

trauma centre 1/2

madden

nbalive

cruisn

mariokart

timesplitters 4-soon

starwars clone wars 2

starwars the force unleashed

super paper mario

farcry vengance

tc sc da

wii sports

wii play

ea play ground

game party

carnival games

marioparty 8

wario ware inc

re0-soon

sonic secret rings

sonic rivals

medal of honor vangaurd

call of duty 3

call of duty at worlds end

james bond 2008

mortal kombat armageddon

3 now on to that childish comment you made, how can wii be considered a childs system if over half the above list is rated t-m

also it doesnt need to have a m or t rating to be for a mature person eg. racing adventuree games, like mariokart /mario galaxy

and if it doesnt sell next year then i guess h is gonna freeze over ok because the same audience that played ps2 is playing wii ,, if you havent caught on to it yet im sure you will pretty soon , xbox360 is a good second system but wii is the main one this gen , ya so what if you like fpses,

you like them now ? i do not see how compared to ps2 xbox gc n64 dc ps1 fpses, they are lacking one key thing that makes them fun

that is 2-4 player offline split screen multiplayer which very few have them at least the ones on ps3 and 360 lack it , aside from pd0 halo 3 and haze and 2 call of duties pretty stale compared to how many have been released and heck if you can get nascar with split screen no more,

same for pgr it only 2 players and thats so bad i rather play a snes title with the same feature , or ps1 lol when will sony or ms learn 2 players or 1 player is so old, and boring , xbox live huh , last time i knew you had to pay for its multiplayer and thats with strangers

same for psn

and in some cases wii wifi connection

bu i do prefer the later because of no trash talking kids

and or cheaters

QFT right here. I guess if you can't enjoy the games, that's your opinion, but don't put an opinion on over the fact that the Wii has good games.

Super Mario Bros. 3 has no blood, therefore its a bad game?
