Wiis Staying Sold Out

I got my Wii in January, and everywhere around where i live is selling out before they even get on the shelves. I had to wait a long damn time and i had to know the manager at Wal-mart to get my Wii. There are a few towns around us selling the same.

How are the Wiis selling around you?

it could be like that through summer, maybe longer unless nintendo produces a whole lot more, although they're already producing at capacity as it is.

Yeah Iv never seen a Wii in a store....nor do I have one.....really though its not a surprise....most new systems have a shortage for awhile.....you'll see by the end of summer or start of fall there'll be plenty of Wii's....thats how it was for the 360....I didn't get mine til last year.

It does suck though....I really want a Wii but I guess I'm in for more waiting.

For a few more months at least.  A week or so back Nintendo said that they were searching for more manufacturers.  Currently  Foxconn Precision Components is the only company manufacturing the Wii.

If they can get more manufacturers then they supply will greatly increase. 

Nova Scotia, Canada is the same way. I haven't seen any on store shelves since launch.DS_fan_atic

Thats where I live :S I cant find none either unfortunetly. It says on Futureshop.ca that our Futureshop doesnt carry them!

But i'm paying 350 for a new one from a guy I know!
