Thank you. I think about this every time somebody creates a thread asking some silly question like "Will they make Smash Bros DS?" or "Will there be a Mario Kart DS 2?"

Firstly, we don't know, as the previous posters have said.

Secondly, a while ago, there were all sorts of rumors fly about concerning another Metroid DS game. It was rumored to be titled "Metroid Dread" and was another 2D Metroid. I'm pretty sure that was confirmed to be in the works, and then cancelled. Or something like that.

Honestly in my opinion I still believ in Metroid Dread. If not Dread then still something yes. With the Trilogy and Other M on the way it seems that Nintendo is still very dedicated to Samus and the series. Oh yeah and uh...the DS sells better than winning lottery tickets so, I think it'd be silly to think there won't be a handheld revival of Metroid on the DS :)
