Woo! New tales game confirmed

In the Wii-k in Review podcast IGN puts out they gave a very clear clue to there being another Tales game. They are answering reader questions and one reader asks about RPG's on the Wii. Matt said that there were RPGs coming to the Wii but he couldn't say their names. Instead he gave a very obvious clue "Let me just say there was this game called Baten Kaitos that came out, and there was another RPG that came out with it, if you guys remember it was on Gamecube. I would look forward to a sequel."

That 'other' game is obviously Tales of Symphonia. It one of my favorite GCN game so i am very excited about this. If u want to hear it for yourself u can find it at: http://wii.ign.com/articles/795/795160p1.html. You can find the quote just before the 32 minute mark.

OMG my favorite RPG of all times (taken into account i play very little RPGS at all) i should really finish tales of the Abyss but the framerate is so bad in the overworld...

but now, all im worrying about is whether this is true, whether the story will be good and still allow different paths, and whether or not i'll be able to get Starcraft 2 and Super smash bros and this game on all their launch days.

i got all hyped up for tales of symphonia and never made it to the 2nd dungeon :\

shoulda learned my lesson from tales of destiny, i guess...maybe this new one will be more compelling to me

I would Love another tales game espically for Wii, However he could be talking about Final Fantasy Crystal Bear's, but I would really like a Tales Symphonia sequel, watch the anime they left it up for another game. Kwing1983

He's not talking about FF. He said he couldn't mention the game by name, they mentioned Crystal Bearers by name several times in that podcast, everyone knows about it already. Since Symphonia and Baten Kaitos came out in the same year in North America, I'm sure it's safe to assume that Matt was talking about a Tales game.
