World Series of Poker 2008: Battle for the Bracelets Question

I apologize in advance for this dumb question, but does anyone know if there is a way to save in the middle of a tournament/game or do you have to finish the entire tourney?? I just got a DS lite and know very little about it and how to save.

just enable the automatic save in the option menu. it asks you if you want to save. unfortunately, you can't save in the middle of the tournament. i find this to be the best poker game of the ds right now.
