Xenoblade and Last Story, Wii's exclusive JRPG's

well more of a question isit coming to the NA/Europe?...no point being excited abt it IF its only Japan release only because most of us won't be even playing it :P

I like how the name "The Last Story" reflects the name "Final Fantasy." I'm hoping it will turn out t be what Final Fantasy once was.

There are a few things that suggest that the project Sakaguchi is working on here is indeed The Last Story, and if so, it looks like this is going to be a pretty big deal when it's time to reveal what the game has in store for us. I do have a bit of a concern with the battle system adjusting entry in the end, but I'm hopeful that things are in the process of being smoothed out.

It definitely looks like the development process of this game has a similar vibe to what the Final Fantasy series has been known for, and who knows? Maybe Nintendo and Mistwalker indeed have the next big name in the genre on their hands, and that would be HUGE for the future of both parties involved. Still way too early to tell, but it can't hurt for one to imagine. :P

It's obvious that it is Monado with a better name. Look at the webpage and you'll see the same sword the blonde kid is wielding in the game play trailers.

Cool news. Xenosaga was pretty cool and I am glad monolith finally did something after being acquired by Nintendo from Namco. Mistwalker does not sit too well with me, but they could do a better job this time around.

I'm not the biggest RPG or JRPG fan in the world, but it's nice to seem them hitting the Wii and Nintendo partnering with other devs. All I need is Kingdom Hearts and I'm set...

Hey, does anyone think of KOS-MOS being in a future Smash Bros. game since Monado became Xenoblade? I know that is a radical thought, but anyone? I guess "Xeno" is like "National Lampoon's" in a sense. They're related but not really tied together.....

I'm looking forward to both of these games.

Xenogears was ultimate. Xenosaga never looked very appealing. But I'm hoping for the best with Xenoblade, the Wii NEEDS a good RPG already.

I am really late to the party...I just found out about this game today and my hype has just went over 9000...I am so excited for this game and I am actually even more ecstatic than I was before after reading the blog posts that a user was kind enough to post a few pages back.

I hope Rising Star can save the day and take on the publishing duties for all these JRPG's in Europe. Its a pretty crappy place to live if you like JRPG's.

I've been waiting for these games for a while now. Can't wait till they get here.
