They should start to release game boy and gameboy color titles. Or maybe have a DSi VC with game boy games.
Has anyone said TMNT 4: Turtles in Time? That game was great.

The Wii's hardware isn't strong enough to run them
You'll have to wait until next gen
Jaysonguy
Jayson, you really believe that the Wii isn't strong enough to run stuff that it's predecessor could?
Yes, it's a fact
The Wii closes in on it's ceiling with the N64 games, it just doesn't have the power to run Gamcube games
Because there's an abundance of Gamecube games still sealed on store shelves even today that's not really a problem
Next gen when the Wii's successor has more power we'll probably see Gamecube games offered
Right now it's an impossibility.
i think jayson guy means there isnt enough space to store the games. It has nothing to do with being powerful enough. If it wasnt powerful enough then we couldnt have backward compatibility. Emulating the GC is another story. its barely possible on todays modern PC hardware.

No, Jason's also talking about the Wii's power :P
The hardware just wouldn't handle it
My most wanted VC games...I know that Final Fantasy is on its way. I also wouldn't mind seeing Final Fantasy II, III, etc. from the SNES. For N64, I'd like Blast Corps, Goldeneye 007, and Perfect Dark (all three are Rare games, so fat chance). Also on SNES, I'd like to see Super Mario All-Stars.
You know, another thing, too-- it would be cool if Nintendo added Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, and SP games to VC. What do you think?

One day I just want to talk in third person all day lol
Yes, I mean emulation.
Unlike "others" the Wii cannot emulate it's last gen software but that's ok because the Gamecube sold poorly and there's a lot of sealed games out there for the taking.

Also, I beat Starfox 64 last night on the hardest path. Just thought I'd lay that out there.:)
kinda lame but mickey mouse world of illusion, favourite game on genisis including sonic games.
i thought it was so great on how the levels were different if you played as mickey, donald or co-op
Out of the VC games that have already been released, or out of the ones that haven't been released.
Well, out of the ones that have been released, I'd say Super Mario World and Star Fox 64.
Out of the ones that haven't been released, I'd say Earthbound and GoldenEye007.
I and my friend beat this game five o clock on the morning many years ago. Still have that game :D we also play DKC3, have that on VC now... Donkey Kong 64 would be nice to have on VC!The Lion King for SNES, me and my friend spent ages trying to beat that when we were little:P

Games I want that are in:
Games I want that aren't:
I want Donkey Kong 64 as I have never played the game before as I never had the N64. I might buy Super Smash Bros 64 as it's on the UK Wii VC.
I want to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Arcade Game and Earthbound. I also want to see Conker's Bad Fur Day, but that will never happen due to the 40 MB file size limit on Virtual Console. Conker's Bad Fur Day I've heard is around 65 MB total. So, yeah we'll have to wait for Microsoft to bundle it with online play and ship it out to the XBLA before we see more of our red squirrel.
