I'm calling it, Zelda Wii is becoming GOTY 2010.
First of all, they have accomplished this once back in 2007 when the competition was really high. They have had a long time to develop this game aswell, probably fully aware of WM+.
Think about it, SMG is the best game this gen accoording to critics (This is relevant in that the motion and pointer controls works great). TP was a GC port so the motion / IR pointing elements where just a teaser of what's to come, don't forget they are implementing WM+. Also recently they commented indirectly that they are focusing in graphics. They are quiet about this one just to give some space for SMG2 and M:OM + to become the biggest thing of E3.
The picture; Based on the picture we've seen where Link is standing in front of an oval-shaped opening, I'd say the 'thing' in Zelda Wii is going to be Mirror world. I'm not sure if the whole game will become mirrored or just parts of it. The mirror world is not just going to be mirrored, but also bizzare, much like ALttP (which is not mirrored). The blue fairy is clearly some kind of spirit form of the Master sword. It will probably just be the Navi of Zelda Wii.
What can you interpret from these statements?

Twilight Princess will be "without a doubt, the last Zelda game as you know it in its present form."
"He also said that he would like to make the game to appeal both to the casual and the hardcore gamer."
In Nintendo Power's August 2009 issue, Miyamoto claimed that the game "[is not] going to be that radically different" than past games in the series.
Aonuma stated that he does not "necessarily think it will change that drastically" but that the Zelda franchise needs "some big new unique ideas"
"Well, the story setting for this Zelda is, of course, in a completely different era and Link is older than he was previously. More approaching adulthood. There is one hint. Maybe from the art work you can see that he's not holding a sword."
"We're taking advantage of MotionPlus. It's become very natural – the movement of your arms is precisely reflected in the gameplay. Thanks to the technological advancements, we hope the gameplay can be more accessible to people."
"it just feels so natural. Link's sword and the controller that you're holding become one."

It's pretty clear that he is going to use a sword, and that the picture just relates to the story, aka sword is Navi.
The only outs left to discuss about the quality imo is Sound, Level design (Mirror world opens up huge potential in this area) and the biggest one would be the "big new unique idea", as in the structure of the game. Much like M64 -> SMG = Sandbox levels -> Linear, 2D-ish levels but in 3D. How could you apply this to the Zelda franchise one may ask?! I don't know, but I sure am excited.
