Ok so a few of you guys might remember I used to make beats pretty regularly back in the day. For some reason when I got to college I drifted away from it and pretty much haven't made a beat in about 4 years now. A couple weeks ago I was really high and bored and decided that I'm gonna try and start making some beats again... here are my first 3. :) I'd appreciate any feedback - positive or negative. If you have some time on your hands I'd recommend listening to the whole thing because they all change up pretty drastically throughout the songs. I pretty much agree with what the others have said. I really like Take My Time, good stuff. Burnz is different but interesting, and I also thought Walker was a bit too slow, but the last half or so is good.
Burnz - Nice, but waaay too trippy for me :P. I'm liking the beat though. Overall, I loved the beats. If you keep posting more, I'll deff. subscribe to you.taj7575
Thanks...yeah, I was really really high when I made 'Burnz' and was listening to the Kid Cudi album pretty much on repeat lol
You have a good ear for melodies and progression but I don't like the drums on any of that.Balimi
Thanks, but yeah i think my biggest weakness is coming up with creative drum patterns..and right now i only have a handful of sounds to pick from
