It's just more boring backpacker ****. I was really let-down, too, because I do love this kind of music when it's done right (ie, interesting), and all the internet hype had me interested, but it just ended up being the same old ****. I don't know why it's so hard to find good backpack rap these days ...

...and Esoteric sucks but I think 7l has some high quality work here and there.  

I liked 7L and Esoteric's Dangerous Connection 1 and 2 although i haven't listened to either in a long time
