I don't think a lot of lyric heads like you are gonna like this. It's like 808s but with rap and more of a concept and more variety. 

There are some good lyrics on this though.

Great album for me overall. Cudi has a pretty original style. I thought this would be a complete kanye rip, but the dude is really his own artist. You can see Kanye and a few other artists in him, but he's pretty damn original. Looking forward to the next album. 

And those Common storytelling bits are pretty cool.

Skyzoo album is like a 3/5 for me

problem with skyzoo, is that he is really boring while rapping, his flow is always the same and every song imo sounds very similar, the kid can spit but he needs to work on charisma

and btw, this album is great, if i haven't already said that. really enjoyable. Up, Up and Away reminds me of this song though... that always throws me off.

Word, 2009 has been AWESOME. There's a ton of other stuff I'd add too, especially ouside of the bay.

Didn't know there was another Livewire Radio album coming out, though; thanks for the heads up.

Off top, for the bay, I'd add new albums from Lil Rue/DJ Fresh, Lil Blood/DJ Fresh, new Da Bidness record, and Big Slep Rock.

E-40's new album is either going to be amazing or awful ... I'm thinking it's gonna be the former, though.
