Just a heads up for y'all, because whenever he drops his album this year, Husalah will be one of those rappers that makes it out of the usual bay circles; this one is going to the Pitchforks of the world.
Anyways, for those who didn't know, Husalah comes out of the Mob Figaz crew, like The Jacka, but he sounds a pretty good deal different than anyone else in that group. He was really blowing up the blog scene three years ago and was making a good deal of noise, but then he got locked up.
Fresh out of jail about a half a year ago, a lot has been made about the few songs he's dropped, but to be honest, none of them were anything special. Now THIS, THIS is the reason why anyone gave a crap about Hus in the first place:

It's nice to see The Hus can still do it like that. I'll be honest, it's probably just the amazing beat getting to me right now, but I know he can still rap too. Hell, his verse on E-40's "Lightweight Jammin'" almost made you forget you just heard Clyde Carson drop the worst verse of his career (really? your first major label verse and you're gonna talk about Black Eyed Peas? Diggin' it dog? WTF?).
