but when it gets nothing but positive reviews...... obviously there is a trend, theres nothing wrong with sampling it but just forget about it.

I understand sampling a cut or two, if it's something I think is gonna be good and wanna confirm "purchasability". I've streamed a whole album or two before, but that's really it. Or if a friend has it, borrow it or listen to it while riding with them. But buying from word of mouth, is pretty stupid. Even on this board, the opinions are pretty varied. And reviews? Reviews for Kingdom Come (based on the ones I've seen) ranged from 4 out of 5 to 5 out of 10. Which reviewers are trustworthy? None of them are you.

i havent seen a review for less than 8 for the clipse album, which is what i was talking about

This could very well be AOTY when it's all said and done. I'm not gonna call it a classic, but it's definitely a great album and there's really nothing I can point to that's bad about it. The production is amazing and "coke raps" have never been more fun to listen to. This is one cd that actually lived up to all the hype it was getting and I'll be surprised if anything can top it within the next few weeks (yes, even the Nas cd.....).

I liked a few of the beats, not the overall production, the actual beats. They had nice flows but I didn't like the album. I'm sick of all the **** Scarface impressions and I don't think cocaine rap should be an easy listen.bradleybhoy
