I like your list the best, dunno if I'd call Be a ****c, but mucho props for The Realness and Exit.
Okay, last post...
Ratchet, define what "real" means to you, please.
If Blu isn't "real", I don't know what is. The majority of his music is about what happens in his life/has happened in his life (that's as "real" as it gets). Now, you gave The Jacka more validity as a rapper than Blu because, supposedly (I'm interpreting what you said here...), Blu does not have enough life experience to sound "real." The Jacka is 33 years old, and I couldn't find out how old Blu is, but I'm going to guess that he is around 25 or 26. So, a 25 year old, grown man, isn't experiencing life/doesn't have life experiences to talk about? Yeah, he isn't selling drugs and all that other stuff that The Jacka is talking about, but that does not at all mean he doesn't have as significant life experiences to talk about... if you think this dude is talking about abuse, hard feelings in his family, whether or not he's about to have a son, and other things on the same emotional level, yet hasn't had life experiences and is trying to reach out to teens, then you are simply either making a very big stretch or not realizing what you're saying. Real doesn't mean gangster or rough or something pertaining to struggle... it's what is actually happening in people's lives. Having said that, it's very clear that Blu is just as real as The Jacka when it comes to rap. Actually, he's probably realer than The Jacka, considering that the dude is most likely NOT selling drugs, doing other illegal things and so on...
Also, in Blu's case, he, as a "backpacker rapper", is talking about A LOT more than the positive aspects of his life. There's tons of negative all over his work... The Jacka and artists similar to him are not talking about struggles and difficulties anymore than Blu is.
EDIT: Oh and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong about what you were saying.. That's just what I got out of your post after reading it a few times.

Maybe because "reality" is bigger than Blu. It's bigger than you, it's bigger than me. Blu raps about stuff that's happened in his life, and, to be blunt, I could give a **** less about any of it.
Jacka may or may not do what he raps about; really, I could give a **** less. The thing is, whether or not he's really doing these things, the stuff Jacka raps about (which, I should point out, is not even remotely limited to pushing coke (even if his most recent album isn't making a good argument for that)) is really going on out there, and, more importantly, at his best, he makes it relatable.
I'm really not going all in on this argument since I really don't see much of a point in comparing The Jacka to Blu; I guess I'm just always down for a chance to say BTH sucks, lol.
