[QUOTE="Lakersman2000"]THE Backpackers is funny but very stupid . blu> jay etc etc . ill let you lames argue over nonsense. jay is still the king . most of the dudes you saying are irrelevent . gamr92
jay is past his prime. GET OVER IT.
past his prime and still better than blu. honestly, blu will not put out anything above an 8/10 without exile production.
this really is nonsense, like lm said. comparing this little nukka who has barely dropped anything to one of the GOAT who is 10 albums deep? There isn't a comparison to be made... That's like standing Rakim and B.o.B. next to each other.
Blu is just an above average lyricist who brought the best out in exile and dropped a good album. That's it. There is nothing special about this dude. Hov, on the other hand, is clever, has amazing charisma and presence, can flow over any beat (not just soulful, watered down, exile beats), and can drop any kind of track and talk about anything and make it sound tight. I think you need to either get off Blu's nuts or go listen to AG again people :|. "No Hook" >>> anything on Below the Heavens... and that wasn't even the best track.
 again with your ish... i said there can't be a good comparison of the two. I thought you wold let it go there but whatever.
Blu and jay are nothing like Rakim and BoB. Rakim ishes all over jay, and BoB is wacksauce.
Blu is that dude. Jay cannot ride a beat. He gets off way too much. just because he usesdifferent kind of beats does not mean hes good at it. LOL at you calling Exile's production watered down.
I think you need to get off my nuts, always trynna bring up blu.
AG was garbage. get off Hovs nuts also. BTH is better than over half of Hovs garbage discog.
...
this is for real? you are legitly saying that blu is better than jay has ever been...? and that BTH is better than mose jay albums...?
i'm honestly at a loss for words. this appauls me :|...... no joke.
i want to laugh at your whole post, but then i realize that youre serious and i just kinda sit and stare.
and your arguement makes my jaw drop. basically, blu is that dude, and jay "gets off too much" so blu > jay. that makes so much sense. thank you for the enlightment.
exile's production is watered down.
i am not on your nuts :|.
AG was a dope album, i'm not on jay's nuts, and Blueprint, RD, Vol 1-3, and BA > BTH...
You dont have to agree with me. I have never found Jay appealing, at all. Dude is boring to me, i only listen to him beacuse of, either the production or the guests on his tracks.
i never said thats the only reason i'd rather listen to blu instead of Jay. im not even gonna attempt to make you understand my reasons. Really, you get into debates with everyone for no reason. and when you got nothing to say yo either put a smiley or "lol at you for calling me that over the intenet lololol, loser, get a life."
Exile is one of the best out right now.
You are on my nuts dun, get off.
Blueprint, RD, and BA are his only bearable albums, TO ME.
again, these are my personal preferences, all you Blu haters don't have to agree and cry about it.
lmao? YOU are going to bring up personal preference. gtfo. you have nothing left to defend your nyquill bottle and your falling back on that. the dude who always flames me for liking wayne is bringing that crap up . jay > blu. get over it.
and no... i'm really not on your nuts :|
 at RD and blueprint being "bearable"
Wtf.. ha, who said im defending anything?? i could care less if you dislike Blu. Blu>>>jay,to me, get over it. Below the Heavens is crack. It's a chill REAL album. I dont' recall Jay doin anything close to it recently.
yeah, theyre bearable. those are his only albums i can listen to without skipping all the songs but one or two.
:|. yes, because your opinion constitutes the authenticity of music now.
yeah cuz thats exacty what i said.
just stop foo, you cant debate worth ****.
Jay can't "ride a beat", Jay has proved a countless number of times he OWNS at riding at a beat, it's one of the things that make him such a talented artist.
But for real, all you dudes hating on Mos Def just cause he's released a bad album (like your fav. rapper hasn't) Mos would take a **** on everyone one of those artists MAYBE not Jay, but tbh I think he'd take him in a battle too. When it comes to who I prefer listening to, I'd take Jay over Mos though.
