If I were making the list.... I would've put Jeezy at #4 behind T.I., Wayne, and Kanye.

Since when does MTV know anything about music anymore? They haven't showcased good music in many years. I never liked MTV's lists to begin with. They feature all the same cats, it's always Jay-Z, and Young something or other. Obviously they wouldn't stray too far away from the cats that get all the airtime and turnout the biggest ratings. It's not like they got their lists out of nowhere, some of it has merit. Some more than others. Roughly a third of the selections in those lists make sense to me.
