[QUOTE="mems_1224"][QUOTE="elpooz"]I really hope the Bucks take this... I love watching Jennings play for some reason. Colt45fool
because he's the best rookie out of this class and will be at the end of their careers. once he gets more consistant and gets used to playing 82 games he is going to be on a chris paul/derron williams level. not as good as those two but right there behind them. the real rookie of the year.

don't hate on my boy tyreke evans playa....20-5-5 isn't anything to snooze at.

20-5-5 and being the only one of the four to ever do it and not win 30 games is.call me when reke moves to his natural position and stops hogging the ball

Jennings has a lot more quality on his team than the garbage Kings.

Im not saying they would, but ilyasova and bogut stepped up big, and they got Salmons, who is underrated as hell. I'm just saying the Evans probably could have done the same if he was on the Bucks, same with Curry.

co-sign.

The Bucks have been rebuilding for YEARS. The Kings started LAST YEAR [you can point to back to back 30 win seasons if you want, but the fact of the matter is, Petrie was holding on to guys like Bibby, Artest, etc. in hopes of rebuilding quickly and being in contention again like the Lakers. Little did Petrie know that not every team gets franchise Centers handed to them like the Lakers do.]

Salmons is an EXCELLENT swing man whom excelled in Sacramento, and has been fabulous for Milwaukee. Bogut is a #1 pick, delfino is excellent on defense, and if Michael Redd comes back healthy that team is going to be dangerous.

Besides Mems, Evans is playing 2-guard now...Udrih starts at PG. And Westphal pretty much tanked the 2nd half of the season so we could bring a consistent low post guy in to replace Hawes...hopefully Cousins. We were playing much better basketball before Martin came back/Westphal tanked the season.

Phil is an idiot for leaving Kobe, Gasol and Artest out for that run by the Utah bench... Kobe really had to play to bring that one back. And I'm loving Odom right now... offensive rebounds, crucial points...

lol at consistant low post guy and cousins being in the same sentance.

anyhoo, evans was rookie of the year, cant argue with it, the top three guys woulda all made sense. but evans was already the most polished coming in this year. hes a good player but as far as potential goes he's got the lowest

best right now

evans>curry>>jennings

most potential

jennings>curry>>evans

evans isntgonna get much better than he already is. he might improve his jumper and hopefully he can stop taking terrible shots and being selfish but thats really it

Kandy Man

elton brand...who was drafted by the bulls...

uhhh...chris kaman is the only big man who I can think of that's pretty good that they've drated...lorenzen wright back in the 90s had double-double potential, but that wasn't realized until he left the clips....

I can't argue with that, but in Evans' defense I see him being our leader and being a tougher, stronger version of D-Wade...the key with Evans is going to be to put players around him. A stronglow post prescence, and some 3-point shooters would work perfectly.

He's already stronger than Wade...he uses his height and strength over PGs, and SGs with ease. I can imagine him being tougher than Wade in the long run...you didn't see him getting hurt this year, did you? :P

When you said tough, I was thinking intangibles like leadership and the like.  d-wade has carried a team to the playoffs two years in a row.  I can honestly say I really haven't seen much of Evans, but just the fact that you said he could be a tougher version of D-Wade makes me doubtful.  Plus D-wade isn't actually a PG though he basically does do that for the heat.

Evans isn't our PG either, Udrih is...but Evans mise well be since he handles the ball for a majority of the time.

What are you talking about? Since when does TOUGH mean LEADERSHIP....lol...I mean, 'Reke is our leader, but you're thinking [once again] just doesn't make sense lol.

Evans isn't our PG either, Udrih is...but Evans mise well be since he handles the ball for a majority of the time.

What are you talking about? Since when does TOUGH mean LEADERSHIP....lol...I mean, 'Reke is our leader, but you're thinking [once again] just doesn't make sense lol.

like you must be mentally and physically tough to lead a team...e.g. D-Wade played injured a few years ago, raises the play of crappy teams; I understand strength goes into it but imo there is more to being tough than being big and strong.  D-Wade plays stronger than a player of his size would normally play imo.  But who knows maybe you end up being right.

well no, what you're saying makes sense, i just can't see how you got leadership out of me saying he was a tougher, stronger player in my post....if i said 'reke would be a better leader than wade then i can understand you thinking I was talking about leadership.

Blake Griffin is the real Rookie of the Year for this season ;)

Colt45fool

Blake Griffin is an injury prone forward that plays for the clippers. name me one forward that has ever panned out for them

Kandy Man

elton brand...who was drafted by the bulls...

uhhh...chris kaman is the only big man who I can think of that's pretty good that they've drated...lorenzen wright back in the 90s had double-double potential, but that wasn't realized until he left the clips....

kamen is a scrub and i meant that was drafted by the clips and didnt go on to be awesome elsewhere lol

umm....for his position and with all the things he does on the court DWade is probably the toughest player in the league. i dont think anyone takes as much punishment as he does.

[QUOTE="mems_1224"][QUOTE="elpooz"]I really hope the Bucks take this... I love watching Jennings play for some reason. eightball88

because he's the best rookie out of this class and will be at the end of their careers. once he gets more consistant and gets used to playing 82 games he is going to be on a chris paul/derron williams level. not as good as those two but right there behind them. the real rookie of the year.

nada, demar derozan, im calling it, so much raw talent combined with his coachability/work ethic =chea!, once he gets bigger too his driving game just gets that much better,

i just saw this.

I can see 'Reke being tougher with an advantage over his opponents...he's already stronger than most, and uses his height, and strength over PGs and SGs...moving him to the 3 would probably even out his height/strength advantage over his opponents.

Not saying 'Reke is tougher than Wade yet, but I can see him being that....Wade is in the same mold of an AI type, and I see 'Reke being the exact same thing in a few years.

The best team in the regular season is not going to lose to Boston... You guys have some great players, but it's not happening bud. Finals this year are either Cavs and Lakers or Orlando and Lakers.

Last time the Celtics couldn't beat Cavs at home, not even close. They had to win four games at home to move on in their seven game series. We just killed them at home.

Celtics can take the next two games, I predict Celtics in 6

You won because of bad playing on the Cav's part not great playing on Boston's part...

lol at suns in the finals... that is child's play for Gasol. Nash is gonna be tough for Kobe/Artest, but they are not going to beat us. Hell, they might not even beat the Spurs, even though they seem to have the better team this year. Only challenge for us will be the finals. We made a joke of Utah the other night, put almost our entire bench in, they came back, and then we made a joke of them again. If Williams and Boozer can't  beat us, I doubt the Spurs or the Suns will. I can see us going to 5 with the Spurs and 6 with the Suns.

Rondo was exceptional and so was Allen...

Wallace even stepped up his game and we had some good points from Garnett. Pierce was a bit off but I think he'll get his act together in Boston.

Imagine Bosh on the Kings....pause...never going to happen. Yeah, Bosh and Wade would be a nice combo...I wonder if Miami has the paper for it though

Yes, but they only played that well because the Cavs weren't playing well themselves.... Kobe could go hit 15 jumpers on the Kings, but that wouldn't mean much because they are the Kings... If a team is playing badly, the team playing them doing well doesn't mean much....

Boston will lose.

I'm the biggest Boston hater on this board and even I admitted they played well. They were up by like 25 that game how is that not playing well? They whooped the Cavs ass and it's foolish to count them out, it's a 1-1 series.

Also, LMFAO @ the Suns winning the west. They aren't even going to beat the Spurs and if by some act of God they actually do beat them the Lakers would make short work of that soft ass team. Team still doesn't play an ounce of defense and it will cost them again.

bosh is coming to houston. we're one of the few teams with the picks and prospects to make a sign and trade that would not only benifit Toronto but also not weaken us so we can still make a playoff run. plus with bosh around even if yao does get hurt it wont cripple us like it did this year.
