How did you feel when Nas declared Hip Hop Is Dead?

Well its not, period. I been the most consistant rapper since my debut an have breathed new life into the game multiple times. Nas hasnt been relevant since Illmatic, yeah Stillmatic was dope, but without Jay, Nas would probably be working in Burger King right now cuz no way he woulda stayed in the game otherwise.

So you took that as a diss when Nas declared this?

Mos def. I mean, every hot single, every hot album, im there. Nas sayin that is basically sayin the game is garbage. I am the game n****, you shoulda put me on Hip Hop Is Dead, woulda sold more, an me an Juelz both murdered you on Black Republicans haha.

Recently, people have begun to compare you to the late, great, Tupac Shakur. How do you feel about this?

RIP to Pac, he's one of my all-time favorite artists, but I'm better than him. People feel my music more than his. Don't get it twisted, it's no disrespect to Pac, I'm just tellin' it how I see it, you know?

Most rappers now are like, legit idiots....Lil Wayne is no different, He doesnt understand that some people consider Hip Hop a lot more than a marketing gimick with a good beat and a catchy chorus...

It used to be about lyrics, a message, a feeling and all of that.....not anymore...its different now...

It's all about money anymore. There's no real talent. And that's why I say let Wayne say as he will. He can keep the title of "best rapper alive" because he def ain't an MC in my eyes. And that's what counts. He may have every 13-20 year old on his nuts, and he may be making big bucks, but money ain't everything. And he loses my respect more and more as the days go by. I'm glad there are idiots like this out in the world because it just makes it all the better to appreciate and understand true dope lyracists.

Someone tell this guy to keep on effin Baby and go party like a rockstar somewhere before Nas ethers his ass.

If theres any truth to this then i have lot EVERY last bit of respect i had left for him which i suppose wasn't much. Wayne is garbage PERIOD. It's cos of him Nas declared Hip hop being dead. Waynes voice is annoying. He has limited intelligence if he believes some of the S*!# that comes out his mouth.
