Grammy-winning rapper T-Pain has announced plans to release an auto-tune free Christian album this fall

According to Pain, he is very spiritual.

"A lot of people don't know this about me," he said, "but I am a deeply spiritual person. Dude, I go to church just as much as I go to the strip club. That's saying something." Pain went onto reveal that he will also be abandoning the famed Auto-Tune program that he has become synonymous with over the past five years. "Once that guy from 'Saturday Night Live' started using it," Pain said, referring to his viral hit "I'm On A Boat" with Andy Samberg, "I called on God. I was like, 'Lord, you have to help me, who is this dude!?'" The album, which is tentatively titled Even Heaven Got A VIP, is due out September 9th on Jive/Nappy Boy. "I know this album might surprise people," Pain said, "but I am a sensitive guy. I don't sit just around and watch Scarface and drink Henny all day. In fact, I just got through watching The Notebook. You ever seen that movie? That **** is beautiful." (MySpace Music)

Cause T-pain is a primary representation of all religious people.

Makes perfect sense.

technically, Atheism is a relgion. for you to truly believe that there is no god at all requires the same amount of faith as truly believing that there is a god. you can't prove that there isn't - just like you cant prove that there is. you should try being agnostic :D

No, No. You got it backwards. as an atheist, i dont care about any sort of religion or belief. i dont care enough to blindly follow something i have NO proof of. i dont care about anything, really. Im just living life and not stressing about anything at all.

And i was agnostic... till i realized i kept my faith and believed in a greater being just as a "back up plan" and not as somethin i truly believed in.

Atheism requires NO effort or a certain amount of faith. i dont constantly remind myself or go on about reasons why there isnt a god. i did at once (when i was agnostic), but i havent in a long time.

If you really didn't care why are you so excited about sharing your beliefs with random people on the internet?

Being agnostic is more like you have no preference when it comes to religion/you don't know what to believe... atheism involves just not believing in a greater/higher being.

i guess i'd call myself an atheist, but i don't really like labels. i just prefer to say that i don't believe in a god/God, it's easier that way. that was a bit of a overly general comment though gamr... but i see what you're saying, i see contradictions in religious people like that all the time, and not just with Christians. i don't think he was basing his comment off of solely what t-pain said...

i think saying you're a christian and a regular church-goer and then breaking the "rules" and guidelines of your religion is somewhat stupid... if you don't want to follow the rules or don't believe in such, then just label yourself as someone who believes in god, the miracles of jesus and so on.

okay, i'm done lol... sorry.

ily.

Either fully follow a religion and its rules or dont associate yourself with them, i think.

While we're on the religion topic... You guys should watch Religulous.

Im not a huge fan of him just constantly trying to make everyone look bad, but the guy does make some really good points. He should have shown more benefits to being atheist. Nonetheless, a good movie. Watch it!

I'm agnostic; the way I see it, you can't prove that there is a god but at the same time you can't prove that there isn't a god. Atheists are convinced that God doesn't exist. For all I know, there might still be a god out there but he's facepalming because all the religions on earth are getting everything wrong.
