After being signed in August 2006 with a much-talked about $1.5 million deal, Papoose has been officially dropped from Jive Records.

Honestly, his best bet is to go to a hip hop orientated label at this point....in fact that's the best bet for ANY rapper trying to do something with their career....Def Jam, Aftermath, etc. You won't get any love going to Atlantic, or Jive, or Universal. **** those labels, all they want is snap music garbage. Only recent beat he's done that's dope is "Minority Report" off Kingdom Come. Everything else has been meh from what I've heard. I've yet to listen to Curts though :(
