My goal in life is to reach 4,294,967,295 posts. That way, one more post will cause an integer overflow and I'll break Gamespot.cd_rom

Maybe if you use all spare time on this site, and take interest in every thread and make lots of post in each one.

No, as it takes like 7 or 8 years for users to get 100k posts (something like that) so it would take pretty much their whole life to reach it. Also if I was a mod I'd suicide and ban the guy at 9999999 :P

Assuming you achieved a post-rate of 200 per day (which is ridiculously high; I contribute less than five comments a day) you would arrive at the one million mark in five thousand days. Which is about thirteen years and eight months. If you go for a more realistic (but still optimistic) twenty posts a day, you'd take one hundred and thirty-seven years to get to one million. Your theoretical speed limit is 2880 posts/day (if you don't sleep or eat or do anything but post) which would still take you just under a full year to hit a million.

Yeah, you might be able to do it if it was your job description or something. Or if you spammed comments on a dead thread and deleted them to ensure you didn't get modded. Otherwise, it's nearly impossible.
