So basically, these are the options available to me. I love Milk, a lot. The 1% milk tastes like water.
Is 3% Milk good for me or not? I'm not trying to lose wait, just want to stay fit.

Because full mulk doesn't reduce your fitness levels and shouldn't really have a factor on your weightSo basically, these are the options available to me. I love Milk, a lot. I'd go with whole milk. If I'm paying nearly the same, I don't want the bastards skimming off the cream for their own profit. Me, I like all the calories I can get.
More impartially, data from different sources conflicts a bit, but since protein content's pretty much the same, and it looks like vitamin content and what have you is similar, then it's only the saturated fat and overall calories (about 30% difference) that should really bother you.
Why would it not be good for you? :?
I never buy milk with reduced fat.
If you are exercising and want to build muscle (because I think you have mentioned you are) then I guess you should watch your calorie intake but "good/bad for you" is not even reasonable to worry about imo.
if milk was milk he would not be asking. There are different types of milk? :o
I just get normal milk. Man up ladies, milk is milk.

Basically, if you start drinking soy milk you are in danger of becoming a full fledged vagina.
[QUOTE="Lonelynight"]I just drink soya milk.GazaAliI want to try Soy milk, but they keep bringing the whole Estrogen thing.I'd take no notice. That's what they always said about beer too, but do you hear about any beer drinkers with breasts and erectile dysfunction?
