It used to be that; however, with the hormones being put into cattle to have them grow faster and stronger, the hormones are having a change on the females to where they start puberty earlier than they should be starting, so the normal time for a female to start her period and puberty is 10-13. Some cases, a female will start her period around the age of one or five or whatever, somewhere before the age she should be starting. I cannot remember the name of the condition, however.
why did the parents not let her have an abortion? Carrying a child at the age of 10 could cause serious problems- your still growing, bones are strengthening, not to mention your height isnt right for carrying an extra 6lbs so her back ust have been having a field day during this pregnancy. Irresponcible if you ask me
Why did they include "suspected illegal immigrant" in the headline. Are illegal immigrants more prone to commit rape? They're not even sure he's an illegal immigrant either. Bit of spin there methinks.

Fox News is a really conservative news originization. Conservatives absolutely hate illegal immigration and try to put as much blame as possible.
