You think the 28 babysitter should go to jail for abusing a minor? I definatley say no, in fact this should happen more often. Biologically, a 14 year old male is ready to have sex with a woman. And in most of the world 14 isn't considered a minor. Lawmakers made up the word Statutory Rape, it's not really rape, they were just looking for a 3rd degree charge.
It's gross, the 28 year old should have more class and try to date someone their age or within ten years of their age :roll:. If the fourteen year old needed it that bad he could have convinced a classmate or given Johnson Jr. a nice date with Mr. Handy

There is actually a video on this. And I'm sure if it was the other way around, the male would be put in prison for 20 years and be registered as a sex offender. Therefore, to be fair, the same should happen here.
Ironically, as males are usually older than females in couples, society sees a male with a much older female as being "a real man" or a "true player" where as a male with a much younger female is automatically labeled a "sicko" or "molester".

He was probably consenting. When I was 14, if I had a hot babysitter.. Aint nothin stopping me... That brings me to ask though, wtf does a 14 year old need a babysitter for? Still, she should be charged.
What's even more rediculous is the 17 year olds who are technically minors. Hot teacher comes along, takes 17 year old back home. Word gets out and teacher is thrown in jail for having sex with a minor. Are you kidding me.. That 17 year old wanted some booty!
