You ask yourself...
Is it better to have a diarhea after bottled water with some bacteria?
Or
Is it better to have cancer in future life caused by Aspartame ingriedient added to Diet Pepsi?
I don't drink that ,soo... I don't know the exact ingredients in all of those "healthy" soda's...
But In Diet they use that.... all i know. : )

Oh come on... aspartame isn't carcinogenic. You're more likely to develop cancer from the radioactive potassium in bananas than aspartame. Besides... the guy is in Syria... I don't know what's in their water, but I wouldn't assume it would be so harmless as diarrhea.
[QUOTE="l-lord"]Sprite, no, 7-up... a little. @dkdk999: Yeah... follow that up with a nice romp through some 2012 videos and your night will be complete. oh yes anything that is even remotely outside of the opinion of the majority is completely crazy and conspiratorial. So as i get it 7UP's and Sprites are slightly less chemical?

If the bottled water there isn't safe to drink you probably shouldn't trust the Pepsi either. Sodas are generally locally bottled and made with local drinking water.thegergThat may usually be true, but I'd imagine this would be an exception. It'd just make Pepsi look bad if they were allowing their product to be sold using unsafe water. If the water is really that bad, then I'll bet that the Pepsi in the area is shipped in from somewhere else.

Not at all, and your movie isn't conspiratorial AFAIk, just really, really... really laughable, just like people who think the world is ending in 2012. Neither represent conspiracies, just gullability gone wild.[QUOTE="MrGeezer"][QUOTE="thegerg"]If the bottled water there isn't safe to drink you probably shouldn't trust the Pepsi either. The thing about "unsafe"' drinking water is that it is usually unsafe only to those with foreign gut fauna. It is not inherently toxic or dangerous, it is just unfamilar to some. Coke and Pepsi use local water because they usually only sell locally mixed drinks to locals, those who are used to the local water. That's "unsafe" water in the sense of a place like Mexico, not as a result of interuption in service or other acute issue. As for local bottling, you can in fact have a measure of confidence... not much survives a sustained bath in carbonic and phosphoric acid. It did, and replicated using the sugar in soda as a food source, it would create a build-up of gas and the container would blow long before you got to it... and it would taste like ****. That's the worst case, in which it's bacteria which are the culprit... usually it's a form of parasite, or a more complex single-celled organism which has NO capacity to survive in soda. Osmotic pressure is a **** if you're tiny and in an phosphoric acid under pressure, bathed in sugar.

A lot of water is treated so as to avoid making any new residents/visitors poop their intestines out. I'm not saying that you're wrong. But if you're right, it just seems like bad business on Pepsi's part. They're in the business of selling Pepsi, so why would they want to make it so that you can only safely drink the Pepsi from a certain locality? It makes more sense for them to only open bottling facilities in places where there are strict regulations on water quality. Either that, or for them to simply boil the water before using it in order to kill off any microorganisms that might potentially make many of their customers violently ill.
I drink lots of pop. I'm probably addicted to the caffeine. We only live once, so I'm eating and drinking what I want.
I wouldnt make it a daily routine, but one time isnt going to do you any harm. You'll just have a hard time sleeping from all that caffeine and sugar.

If you dissagree with someone I generally don't think it's a great idea to basically call them gullable idiots. But to actually explain where they went wrong. And I mean cmon I think sugar is worse than most people think all the sudden it's like thinking the world is going to end ? Lot's of people/scientists think that.
Thats nothing, I saw a show about some girl who drank on average 50 cokes a day....Im not kidding. She's cutting back now but I think about age 21 or 25 she will have diabetes.
A girl at my school used to have three 2 litre pops a day. She had to have surgery later on.Thats nothing, I saw a show about some girl who drank on average 50 cokes a day....Im not kidding. She's cutting back now but I think about age 21 or 25 she will have diabetes.
