It's a hell of a lot easier to just mute voice-communication. It's what I do on xbox live, and it makes the environment much more enjoyable.

It's a hell of a lot easier and more fun to just press the terminate button. It's what I do, and then a special forces unit comes and "fixes" the problem. :)
