Florida State Seminoles! Huge win over Samford yesterday. Sure they're not the best team, but it was great seeing Jimbo win his first game like that. Can't wait for the Oklahoma game next week. This game will pretty much set the tone for the entire season. Either they're a legitimate contender, or they're just pretenders like last year. I'm still about Bowden leaving though :cry:

Yeah, he was a better runner than a passer. Hell, I think he caught better too (ie: double reverse against Oklahoma in 01). I absolutely flipped when that happened.
I expect another pac 10 title this year and depending on how we do with the rest of the season we might have a good shot @ the NC, though I wholly expect another bid to the Rose Bowl.

Yeah. He was an idiot for not taking the NFL contract. He is a coach now, it seems. He was interviewed during the pitt/utah game at half.
Well my team is in my sig. But I loved the JSU V. Ole Miss game. Awesome finish. I was hoping Alabama was gonna lose to San Jose though would have rubbed it in my friends face so hard.

Agreed. Boise State isn't doing anything special. VT is handing them points. And yes the unis look awesome. Boise State's look too plain in my opinion. Anyone know why they're wearing them?
I was thinking this would be a more competitive game with Bosie edging out the win. Will have to see if VT can settle down. But man Boise is bringing the hammer fast I'm impressed.

How does Pitt losing help the hoopies win the BE title? No I just mean I don't think they looked great. Especially with their sophomore qb's performance. Losing to Utah and all....same with UConn losing to Michigan. I'm not an idiot. I know only conference games matter for the conference title.
