I would not. All the change he has promised has been left un-answered.
In due respect, he has had some good ideas, but with the wrongt ideas of
exucting them. He has also increased our debt by millions.

I didn't vote for him the first time. Who are the other parties besides the two prominent ones running?LJS9502_basic
A few independent people.
The general question is, based on all he has done, would you vote for him, or
if you are underage would you?
Hell no. I didn't vote for him the first time. Unlike most Americans, I don't like being spoonfeed my info and actually reasearched the candidates instead of just listening to the words they spewed during their run. I knew Obama winning was a mistake before he won. Why? Because I researched his background and realized just how cooked he really was. If he wins a second time, I will officially consider the United States to be the dumbest country in the world.
Hes my favorite president. He actually seems like a human unlike many of our previous presidentswho acted like blind-mindless robots.

I'd rather not vote for him...I don't consider him a successful president...and he's not very diplomatic. But the Republicans haven't anyone good to run either. So maybe and independent. I'm undecided in your poll.:DSo John McCain was the best option. Lol noHell no. I didn't vote for him the first time. Yes a human, humans make mistakes, but he sure makes a lot.
And which previous presidents were "blind-mindless robots"?
Absolutely.
While his administration has often been **** at communication and complacent, I think that he has done a good job overall. I think that he has often been the "adult" and I liked his performance on the tax compromise and Bin Laden and I was never excepting a public option in the healthcare bill.
Also, IMO (and most economist's opinion), the stimulus needed to happen, so I don't mind that he increased the deficit. The foundation of the growing defecits was all ready there and he added to it in an arguable emergency situation.
I don't care that some of his campaign promises have been unanswered (though he has actually fulfilled more of his promises than not). Anybody who takes campaign promises seriously deserves to be dissapointed IMO.
The thing with McCain was that he was old, and the presidency ages you horribly...
Honestly, I was worried he would die in office and we would be under Ms. President Sarah Palin right now...
Hell, thy name is America under Palin...

Because no mater who won that election in 08 you would got the same thing. because everything obama dose McCain supports it while everything mccain pulls up obama supports it.
obama fail...
mccain fail
They all fail.

LOL, what does that even mean?
McCain had way more flaws than Obama and that was part of the reason he lost. He was erratic, immature for such an old person, lacked the ability to be civil in debates and had poor enough judgment to pick Palin as VP.
I mean, this is the man that freaked out during the finanical crisis and "suspended his campaign" to "save the economy" only to get to Washington and basically do nothing. He looked like a joke and Obama looked cool-headed and mature in comparison.
Absolutely.

What about his constant bail-outs of huge companies, he needs to realize that with buisinesses that large, they would probably
need to be bailed out every week. Luckily that's not the case anymore though.
I never believe any canididates promises at all. Those are just media grabbers. Every single president has promised things,
but has fallen short. Particularly the democratic party.
Im not going to post which presidents were blind mindless robots because i would get attacked. But ill give you a hint of the biggest guy... His name is related to aancient plant in my front yard.

I will give you that. Both potential candidates sucked. McCain cracks under pressure, while Obama keeps a cool head.
Obama is very intelligent, but can be a idiot in some situations.

I don't consider the bailouts mistakes. I think most of them needed to happen. The GM bailout seemed to help them get back on their feet and the administration is planning of playing this up in states like Michigan and Ohio.

But do you have any evidence to back up your assertion about the Democrats? How have they fallen any shorter than Republicans?

Maybe so, but sometimes he can seem like he is only looking out for himself, and trying to impress
the media. Not help others. LOL, why does everyone take a shot a Bush? It's not his fault he had
to deal with 9/11 during his term. After 9/11 his decision making began to falter.

I don't think it's so much an issue of him being an idiot in some situations as his administration being incompetent in some situations.

Because almost every single democrat promises "change" and sometimes that change is unwanted by the people. Such as the first version of Obama Care.
Voting for him simply for the Supreme Court. Don't want far right justices.

Who says they have to be far right?
Would you rather have far lefts justices?
I would prefer an impartial justice, someone in between.

I'd say that all Presidential candidates promise change. After all, they want to convince voters that their admin will constrast the proceeding one. It wouldn't really make sense to say "Yeah, we'll be more of the same".

Justices were never impartial to begin with. Oh well, GOP presidents have a history of fumbling their Supreme Court nominations. (Eisenhower, nixon, reagan, bush sr) And i would prefer center-left justices.[QUOTE="All-Madden09"]

I can name a bunch. But not everybody is going to call them mistakes because everybody has different opinions. And no, I wouldn't vote to re-elect Obama.Depends on who the Republicans run and if they seem like a better alternative, obviously. If the Republicans run Mitt Romney, I'd definitely vote for Obama. If they run somebody else who seems more capable and with more effective sounding policies, then I'd consider it.
Oh, and if Jimmy McMillan takes his party to the national level after losing the Republican nomination, I'd vote for him.
The rent IS pretty damn high...
Definitely. His administration has persevered through some hellish events and the most ass-backwards immaturity from Congressional and statewide Republicans. Theokhothinb4 dems had control for 2 years

I'd rather have a balanced court. If I republican would be president, and a liberal justice retires, the conservatives would likely pick up another seat. Just how it is.To answer the question, yes. Obama has done a a decent job, better than what most people would give him credit for. Doesn't help that the potential GOP candidates scare me away.

I'd prefer to have a good mix of far left justices, far right justices and moderate justices, but given the choice between more far left justices and far right justices, I'd pick the former because I am left of centre and generally think rightwing social policy (Which the Supreme Court has alot of sway over) is unrealistic (well, I think their economic policies are unrealistic as well, but I won't get into that).
