23 year old guy stabs his 17 year old sister, and then GET THIS...GET THIS

in massachusetts a 5 year old was having a birthday party and her 23 year old brother stabbed her 17 year old sister to deaeth, and then GET THIS.... get this... he decapitated the 5 year old, and started heading for the 9 year old to slash her throat, and then police shot him to death before he got her too. wowwwwwww!!! that 9 year old is scarred for life

It's early to do this, but it still made me chuckle, I guess I am a bad person :(. Someone is to blame, probably the parents. The guy was obviously disturbed if he decided to kill them and to add on the little boy's birthday..
