Seriously, these guys are pretty good. They actually have above average guitar players, and they know how to write catchy songs. Teh proof: The Kill From Yesterday

They seem emo to me..... Well the Kill and From Yesterday seem REALLY emo. I only say that because emo has been so skewed to mean something that it's not. I wouldn't call them emo, but if you want, go ahead. You're entitled to think whatever you want.
I'll admit, some of their lyrics have negative feelings... hell "emo" feelings but I don't think that's what they want themselves to be. Kinda hard to write lyrics and have no emotion while writing/singing them.
