yeah true. I don't remember any of the characters names really because they were mostly forgettable performances. it was like a highschool play or something set to really fancy, but really obvious CGI effects heh.

I know there was Stelios and like Delios. Stelios ebing the one at the end who jumped over Leonidas back and said we'll fight n the shade. And Delios being the one who git his eye cut out and was sent back. And there was the Captain and his son.

And there doenst need to be characterization for a movie to be good.

Im surprised they didnt slip product placement in the film like Iphones and MP3 players and Red Bull. crowleyjohn

lol yeah. i actually have two top ten list. The real top ten which are actually really great movies, godfather 1 and 2 fall under that. Then theres another top ten, which are just movies that are good becuase they are entertaining and have good action, transformers and this fall under that.

I totally agree with you, Troy was such a better movie then this. The story of Troy was deeper and you get really attached to the cast.

Troy was horrible, the acting, the dialogue, and the horrible job it did at portraying the Iliad. Anyone who has read it knows this.

300 is far better.

Troy was horrible 300 was horrible Alexander was horrible. All examples of the kind of trash you get when you put a bevy of sexy stars that can't act together and rely on that to sell the film.

300 is not a horrible movie. It did what it set out to do, capture the comic book by Frank Miller and many people including myself found it to do a decent job.

Yeah you're right 300 wasn't horrible. The other two were. I enjoyed the 300 more than the other two, I couldn't even finish Alexander. 300 was just sophomoric. A decent first effort at epic film making from the young director, but not a classic at all. Definitely testosterone driven eye candy, not even real man testosterone, more like little boy testosterone hehe.
