I just read this and thought it was interesting. What are your favorites? I think the Marky Mark one is insane. I love the Buscemi 9/11 fact, though.

Hey Grey, I was checking out your FFX review and I noticed you scored it half a point lower than you meant to.Enjoyable thread, but a great number of these are not at all surprising, like the Michael Jordan statistic and the fact about Vangelis. Many famous musicians can't read music; they go by ear.

everyone knows the ewoks would have been better if lynch directed return of the jedi.
the harrison ford one is pretty great though.
Wonder what military Dr. Ruth served in? I will take a stab in the dark and say Israeli. Guess I'll have to google it.
Saw this the other day, knew a few of them but was fun anyway. :P [QUOTE="GreySeal9"]Hey Grey, I was checking out your FFX review and I noticed you scored it half a point lower than you meant to.Enjoyable thread, but a great number of these are not at all surprising, like the Michael Jordan statistic and the fact about Vangelis. lol. Is that a sly way of saying I overpraised it in the review text? :P
But I did mean to give it a 9.5 as the game was a bit too restrictive.
Thanks for reading the review BTW.

No I meant you should have given it a 10. :P[QUOTE="GreySeal9"][QUOTE="chessmaster1989"] Hey Grey, I was checking out your FFX review and I noticed you scored it half a point lower than you meant to.chessmaster1989

No I meant you should have given it a 10. :PIt's funny, I just looked at your review scores and realized that's what you meant.
If the game would have been a tiny bit more open and the dialogue/voice acting was a bit more polished, I would have probably given it a 10. The art design was absolutely gorgeous and the music was the best I've ever heard from a videogame. Plus, the gameplay was the FF turn-based style at its best and most fluid.
I still like FFIX a bit more tho. :P

You guys have a thing for horribly written romances, annoying characters, linear gameplay and terrible character building, huh?[QUOTE="GreySeal9"][QUOTE="chessmaster1989"] No I meant you should have given it a 10. :PRhazakna

Yeah, I joined this site at 14. Lots of those ratings on my profile are horrible and embarrassing.Hmm, I feel a bit different about Mark Wahlberg now, but I suppose he's probably grown up. Â The Buscemi one was awesome. Â I had no idea Rob Riggle was a marine, much less one for 22 years. Â Did not see him as that kind of person, having said that he's still not funny. Â Also Bill Gates, what a player:P.
