4 gig zune or 4 gig nano?

they cost the same, but which has better features? which is smaller? better battery? brighter screen? (it matters to me) which has a more scratch resistant surface? (this also matters to me) and i heard zune has some problems with DRM, if i get most of my music from cds and old limey will i have any problems?
