The document you linked to is about extremism and extremist ideology, not terrorism. And yeah, people who spout all that stuff tend to a) not give a shit about it ("Individual liberties for everyone except women, gays, immigrants, non-whites, non-Christians and the poor!") or b) use it to justify terrorist activities ("it's okay to blow up planned parenthood because they're baby killers!").

Most of those groups are pretty stupid to be fair.

Fiercely nationalistic... well I am proud of being an American? I don't consider that fierce. But the one that really sticks out to me is #37. Anyone that “is personally connected with a grievance” ... I have a mental illness. My mom committed suicide. I have other health issues that might fall into this. But I believe in advocacy pure and simple.

I think you're missing the point.

Almost everyone would be against some sort of tyrannical New World Order if it actually existed in any vague state of competency. This isn't referring to those people.

Instead, I would assume that this is referring to the kinds of people who attribute every news story to shadowy governmental organizations, and whose actions are motivated by their stances towards these organizations that they (for whatever reason) believe actually exist, for real.

In short, it's referring to the nutjobs.
