Just because a dude can file a suit doesn't hork it all up. Some fixes need to be made for sure but take a look around some other places in the world where it is traditional to "pay" the judge.

Last I heard the pants judge lost his case and I belive was also going to loose his job as a judge.

speaking of losing jobs, Jack Thompson is currently getting sued and i REALLY hope he loses and loses his license!

I just did some checking. The Pants lawsuit judge did loose all his appeals, and he even lost his job as a judge. Sounds good to me.
