the 10's suck so far. justin bieber, lady gaga, miley cyrus, and the 00's sucked with usher, soulja girl, and 50 dollar.

now listen up.

90's had best music, movies, and games including the n64/SNES

60's also had amazing music and movies, but no games

70's had amazing music but the movies were just ok, u had pong though

80's was ok, NES and justice for all were the only 2 good things about it. melvins were good too

I think 90s nostalgia is clouding your judgment a little bit. The 2010s have Justin Bieber, but the 90s had Vanilla Ice and tons of boy bands.

everything is as good as it can be this present moment. It was never worst, or better than right now. people who spend their time ranking past, future, and present events are nothing but people lost in an endless cycle of quantifying time, and never really appreciate anything.

yeah but atleast when the boy bands were out, a band like radiohead, alice in chains or soundgarden would make up for it.

I agree with this for the most part. There's as much good and bad music/movies out these days(or, well, ratio wise considering) as there were in any other decade.

Yeah. Let's pity the kids who're born in the 00's. They don't have a chance but to listen to 10's garbage

EDIT: But I'm not saying ALL the 10's music are garbage. I appreciate some.

I think the 90's look alot cooler 10 years after it ended than 10 days after it did. Basically what i'm saying is if OT existed in 2000, and we could go back and see the posts, those posters would not be thrilled with the decade that had just ended. I'm not saying someday we'll look back at the 00's as the greatest decade but I think it won't be too long before we don't see it as the worst ever.

Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus? I'm sorry, I've been hearing too much Broken Social Scene, Kurt Vile, Menomena, Yeasayer, Janelle Monae, Brendan perry, The National, Ariel Pink, Alcest, Midlake, Shout Out Louds, Pantha Du Prince, Have A Nice Life, Shearwater, Beach House, The Irrepressibles, Givers, Four-Tet, Owen pallett, and The Gaslight Anthem to notice them. Whoops.

The 60s actually seemed like they kinda sucked outside of a few bright spots. The decades had Vietnam, JFK getting assassinated, crazy high racial tensions, threats of nuclear war, and a bunch of other ****.

The 90's had TV shows like "Oz", which automatically is a win.

Tool's Aenima came out in the 90's, and one of the best movies ever made "fight club" was in the 90's.

Another one you might have missed was "Rocko's Modern Life"

... Every decade has a band or few that suck eggs. No decade is perfect, trends are crap, yea. Theres always something in some decade to recognize, tv, music, whatever. I wont decide which decade is better then the other, cause they all have their good things and bad things. All we should do is just watch and see what happens next, cause it could be really really amazing-- dont want to be blinded.

Every decade has it's fair share of crap mixed in with the good stuff. The 70's had disco, the 80's had Hair Metal, the 90's had Boy Bands, the 2000's had... well I don't even know where to start with that one. You've always had to look for the good stuff.

I love how people "rate" whole decades of music. It's amazing how someone can say something like "90's music sucked", when they are probably judging it off a handful of bands, rather than the thousands of songs that came out of that era. It's all a bunch of bull****.

I appreciate your respect for music that you enjoy personally - and I cant find you at fault for liking music from one decade more then another - thats your personal preference and taste. Im just saying, every decade has its ups and downs, and the future decades may have some amazingness that could never be imagined before.

I only used that as an example, mainly because it was straight to the point. I just find any statement like that to be silly, considering the fact of the matter is, that every decade has both bad, and good music.

Spectacular spider-man is better then the 90´s spider-man

Batman TAS however beats The Batman and Batman: Brave and bold

I can agree with this. However, I'm PISSED that they haven't came out with a 3rd season for Spectacular Spiderman.

it was canceled when disney bought out marvel

Damn it. Damn it. I knew something that I really liked would end when Disney bought Marvel. Here it is. **** that sucks. >_>

90's kids grew up with the best cartoons, so that decade automatically wins.

10s>00s>90s>50s>60s>70s>80s

Because, apparently, one case of major terrorism in the U.S and 2 wars, only 1 of which that was actually remotely necessary and 2 recessions??? not even depressions>>> constant conflicts and political unrest in the rest of the world (during the cold war,)

Another reason for my order that would have to be the internet, because as we all know, if you have a good internet connection and plenty of download cap, you can now basically download most TV/Music/Games (emulators,) and you have ebay/amazon/specialist shop sites where you can order pretty much anything you want. so we can get pretty much anything from the last few decades and on top of that we also get stuff thats coming out now, whether it be T.V/movies/music/games/information then ever before, and its at a better quality. I mean why the hell would anybody go for the n64 generation of consoles and games when they have the choice of 750$gaming computers/Ps3/Wii/Xbox360/PSP/DS/dirt cheap 2nd gen consoles and games and finally waaaay better and bigger games.

Additionally, the wars and political climate are much more safe and peaceful in the 90s,00s and 10s. Terrorists basically pulled off a couple of things in the start of the 00s, but what happened is peanuts compared to the constant conflicts during the cold war all over the world. And in any case, you had assassinations and terrorist bombings during the 60s to 90s as well, so its nothing new. 9/11 was the only notable political event in the U.S since the fall of communism.
