"ruled by base sexual desires" is too strong language for me, people can, and mostly do, govern these desires rather than letting these desires govern them. People have wills, not just instincts. And I don't think all girls are "sluts" (i.e. promiscuous) deep down. It seems actually that women would have an easier time being monogamous than men, since one woman can only get impregnated by one man at a time.

Quite frankly though I wouldn't like it if a girl said that to me. That's not really a classy thing to say. I would recommend that you stay away from that woman.

That should be pretty well known. Women love sex but don't want to eb viewed as sluts, so they have to conceal it moreso than a guy does, since it is socially acceptable for guys to openly crave sex.

I don't see how being "classy" has anything to do with that statement.  It was just an honest observation, and an important one.  I would prefer a woman who is open and honest about things like that.  Better than one who tries to act like it's not there until she loses control.  

Are all women sluts? No. Do women like sex as much as men? Yes.

Its true, with the one coveat of due to centuries of patriorical sexism women are socially shamed in most circles for enjoying sex so they have to pretend like they don't, play hard to get.

Being promiscuous reduces the value placed on sex once in a committed relationship.  It's a simple principle that applies to any number of things.  The easier it is to get something, the cheaper it is.  I wouldn't want to be in a relationship with someone who is willing to have casual sex on a regular basis.  That's disgusting.  People just throwing themselves around from partner to partner... what the hell?  Yes, sex is really enjoyable and driven by nature, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't have a specific place and proper context.    

Well, I guess the main thing is that I was caught up with a girl like this once already (one of the first things she told me was that she's "very open about sex"), and she wasn't faithful whatsoever. Didn't feel good to be constantly running across guys who she had been with in the past (she was "very open" about friendships after the termination of relationships as well....). GamerForca
