Who hasn't seen Boys In The Hood? That movie is a classic.omfg_its_dally

Anyway, there are so many movies I can recommend. I might go with Fight Club because its just a real good head**** with a lot of dark comedy.

I am not black. I do not like rap music. I am not Liberal. But see Boys In The Hood, if you have not. Why? It sheds some light on the early 1990's south central L.A. scene. Yes, it is a fictional account of events. But drector John Singleton was nominated for two Academy Awards for the film. Great film!wslacker2

Yeah that's a brilliant film. Very moving.

If you liked that then also check Menace II Society, it's a little less engaging and the acting isn't as convincing but it's a bit broader in it's analysis of life in South Central LA.
