A Question To The British (And other nationalities, but mostly the british)

What region do you think would win in a war? N. Ireland, Wales, England, or Scottland? I'm not british; I'm American. And I'm sorry if I forgot any regions. I think England would win, because the capital is there, and most military resources. At least I think most of the military resources are there. Correct me, if I'm wrong. So, OT, what do you think?

Probably England.

I'm Canadian but of scottish decent. Back in the day the Scots, as well as th eIrish, use to ride into battle naked and painted in blue dye. That enough should show their awesomeness.

I would think that England would win due to a larger population, and therefore I assume a larger military force. I also understand that England is the wealthiest region, which helps.

Thirdly the English are in control of all of the UKs armed forces.. So it's a pretty one sided fight.

Well considering Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland only became part of the UK because England conquered them and forced them to be, I'm going to realistically have to vote for the English.Gallion-Beast

The English, seeing as they have had the most practice oppressing other peoples.

But even though I might be scotish I think It would still be us 'coswe have the high ground and most* of usare built up and I myself am a Prop in Rugby

Scots get drunk and eat too much deep fried mars bars and cannot fight

English would turn on each other or French(they hate Scots but they hate French more)

Well if those individuals countries went to war then England as they control the weapons and money for the UK.

England certainly has a much higher population than Scotland, but Scotland has trident.

My British relatives are all from England. And they just asked me to let all you know that England would win hands down. Something about St. George as well, but I wasn't paying that close attention.

If the war happened today, England hands down.

The answer to this would be Northern Ireland. They have the guns and the attitude.

In an all out deathmatch Wales would probably lose first as I can't imagine many people being motivated to fight.EJ902

Well being Scottish im gonna have to say Scotland :) We did manage to take back our freedom from English opression in the end...even if it did take us ALOT of years :lol:

Im presuming your on about Braveheart though :lol: Yeah it's a fantastic film....just not amazing the 1000th time you see it and then write about two essays on it :| Seriously...the English department killed that film for me :(

England. Im pretty sure the majority of the members of parliament are english and so the military would be controlled by the english. England also has the capital and the biggest population.
