If I was the instructor, I'd probably would not be lenient provided I was clear that I would not accept any electronic submissions in the syllabus or on the assignment sheet for the project. The only exception would be if someone E-Mailed me detailing their mistake right away asking if they could submit it via E-Mail if the deadline hasn't passed. All you can do is forget about this and study for the test.

either way if you can't ace an exam ON YOUR SECOND TRY... then there is a problem.

You should try taking some high level maths and computer sciences. Then again they don't reuse the same exams in college ever, and they're likely not even similar especially if you have a different professor.

They do reuse exams in some lab couses at my university like intro biology.

considering this is your second chance at this class, sorry man, this one is on you.  You screwed up.

But don't worry, I've taken a class three times before and still graduated lol.

Just...get your act in order.  Seriously.  And if youre a poor test taker like me, take your assignments super super serious because they will save your ass when youre getting Ds on tests.

Huh? No I need to get 50% to pass. I'm saying I need 67+ in my exam to get to 50% (an overall unit pass) with my current assignment marks.

Just study for the fvcking test. It's a 67, not a 97 you're shooting for (though, you probably should be able to get a 97 your second lap), so it is pretty attainable.

Sounds like you need to get your priorities straight. I can understand failing a class once. I've been in the situation myself, but twice is pushing it.

I have a masters in Aeronautical engineering (working on phd)... it's safe to say high level math is my forte.

Either way the content is the same and he should have passed it the first time.

Also this guy says he was a media major...no calc 3 there.

That's irrelevant,,, it's still higher than any math he will take as a "media" major.

Dick move but he has the final say. You didn't hand on the work and regardless of why, you now face the consequences. The beauty about college is that it, like life, is not fair, and in order to achieve success, you must persevere and not make as many or the same mistakes again. If you think that you can get through life by getting other people to fight your battles for you and make special exceptions for your fvck ups you have got a lot to learn.

Just take the class again. By now you should know everything and getting 100% on everything should be no problem.

Lmao. Sorry I forgot to update this after a few months, I was just reading through my post history.

So just an update ... and to bring hope for humanity. I studied hard and I passed the exam with 67% exactly, the exact minimum mark I needed -- making my full mark 50% for the unit :D

Why did you not go back with a hard copy that day and explain what happened? Anyway.....67% is very high....if you can't do that....maybe this field isn't for you.

I'm glad it worked out for you, but you really ought to be more on top of it.
