I'd have to say Jason Biggs( American Pie movies) always seems to play the loser or like I like to call him "El pendejo". I also agree with the Jet Li mention, but I think he's awesome. And while Jack Black is my favorite actor, I have never seen a movie where he's not being a moron. And I love him for that:D
