You can take Leonardo Dicaprio's character in any of his movies, and place him in another one of his movies and it wouldn't make a difference. Still a great actor though.

I used to be hard on Dicaprio due to his "pretty boy" image, which just has this general stomach turning effect on me. It's probably jealousy. Besides that, I also associate pretty boy actors with bad actors, mainly due to the likes of Keannu Reaves.

But I can no longer do that to Dicaprio. I do think he actually is a great actor, and that role in particular demonstrates it. His portrayal of a mentally handicapped teenager was the most convincing I've ever seen.
