Adam Sandler has become a parady of himself. This kind of film you would expect to be a fake trailer in one of his earlier movies. I still have a nostalgic soft spot for his schtick though.
imo its time for sandler to return to his glory days and find a movie or work on and create a role that is similar to some of his best work such as billy madison, happy gilmore, and the waterboy.
Last funny movie Sandler has done, has to be Funny People. But even that was a more serious movie with some funny bits.wdave92
Thats the interesting thing, people like Adam Sandler and Robin Williams are good actors that can do quite a few serious roles.. The problem is they are constantly pigeonholed (or choosing) only comedies instead of anything more serious.
