Perhaps with a fairly strong mod presence. If somebody is consistantly acting in an immature manner(3 strikes maybe?) they would be banned from the forum.

Can't imagine how Gamespot could monitor/manage it for content?

I've suggested an 18+ forum and a Politics forum in suggestions.

It took like 5 seconds for a mod to flat out say no and locked the thread.

I can live without an 18+ forum, but I'd LOVE a politics forum. Not because I like to talk about politics, but because I hate seeing politics threads on OT

They have a NSFW room on the Nine Inch Nails forum, hardly anyone uses it and it is full of useless threads. Hence, I think Gamespot can do without it.

Not to mention an adults only forum would be full of kids anyway.

No. There shouldn't be a place for people who just want to talk about sex and porn. The mods would shut it down the first day.

I think it'd be better if there was a disclaimer for a certain topic. For the fetish topic, if a mod or the TC said that by viewing the topic you agreed that you were 18+, and that GS could not take the blame for any kids seeing the content...

But not a whole new "section".
